Customers can confirm tour bookings via WhatsApp, email, or direct communication with our travel consultants.

A deposit is required to secure and confirm all bookings. The remaining balance shall be paid before arrival or upon tour commencement depending on the agreed service arrangement.

All booking information provided by customers must be accurate and complete, including:

  • Full name

  • Passport details

  • Contact information

  • Travel dates

  • Special requests (if any)

Tour confirmation will be issued after deposit payment is successfully received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

Refund conditions are applied as follows:

Cancellation Time Refund Policy
More than 15 days before departure 80% refund
From 7 to 14 days before departure 50% refund
Less than 7 days before departure No refund

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures.

Certain services such as flights, train tickets, cruise bookings, or third-party services may be subject to separate cancellation policies.

  • Following tour schedules and local regulations

  • Making payments according to the agreed timeline

In some remote destinations or rural areas, halal-certified restaurants, prayer facilities, or Muslim-friendly services may be limited. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be arranged whenever reasonably possible.
